This is a starter policy and must be reviewed before a public commercial launch.

Art World Online stores account details, artist matching preferences, saved opportunities, application records and subscription identifiers needed to operate the service. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this application.

Account information is used to provide requested features, secure accounts, send selected opportunity digests and maintain subscription access. It is not sold to advertisers.

Users should be given a working contact address for access, correction and deletion requests. Add retention periods, analytics/cookie disclosure, processor information and the legal basis appropriate to the jurisdictions served.
