Steps: enter your name & video title → choose video → press Upload → QR appears at the bottom.

Enter your Full Name and your Video Title.
Choose your video file.
Press Upload. Keep this page open until it says Done.
Use the bottom bar to Download JPG or Print 3×3″ QR. (QR is mirrored for gel transfer.)
